What is the Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown?
The Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown is an annual car show put on in the Pigeon Forge-Sevierville tourist area at the entrance to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Profits from the show are donated to the East Tennessee Children's Hospital. Each year hundreds of people show up to participate in the unique format where only Mustangs and Camaros are invited to see who can show the most! All years and models of Mustangs and Camaros are invited to attend. Over 40 trophies are awarded, most from a popular vote where Mustang owners choose the best-looking Camaros and vice versa.
In 2024, the show moved to the Hard Rock Cafe - Pigeon Forge as we had outgrown our previous location at Quaker Steak and Lube, just down the street. This is a great location for folks to visit the local area for a week, with attractions like Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and many tourist-style venues all along the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, including the "upside down" Wonderworks right in the same parking lot. Make a trip out of it and enjoy your time at a truly unique car show!
